Makhachkala, April 17, 2008. Minister for education and science RD Aleksey Gasanov met with parents of Dagestan students studying at Strasbourg University. The meeting was held in Makhachkala. Let us remind since the beginning of the current academic year 9 Dagestan schoolchildren have become students of Namter University and the International University of the city of Paris - Citee. Preliminary they passed annual French language training on the basis of Strasbourg University. Aleksey Gasanov told parents about his visiting of the Universities, about meetings with presidents of these universities - Professor Bruno Lefebvre and Madam Silven Tarso-Zhilrie and about agreements reached during the meetings. "Heads of the Universities of France, in which your children are trained, are rather content with their progress and attitude to study. They live and study in such conditions which, in my opinion, will help to develop their abilities", - Aleksey Gasanov pointed out. According to the minister, during his working trip there were confirmed willingness of the Universities of Paris and Il-de-France to accept a new group of students of Dagestan.
