Makhachkala, November 28, 2008. Courses on training of the executive staff for various directions of educational and administrative activity – “Personnel reserve of professionals-managers” have been opened in Dagestan Pedagogical University, DSPU official site informs.

Rector of DSPU Dzhafar Mallaev, the director of the Institute of management and continuous vocational training B.Magomedov and others took part at the opening ceremony.
 
D.Mallaev held the first seminar devoted to the strategy of training of personnel reserve of higher educational establishments and definition of the role of DSPU in executing of targets of training of executive staff and reserve formation. He pointed out the necessity of versatile training of personnel in professional, as well as in psychological, social, humanitarian and patriotic aspects.
 
Let us remind, the Annual Message of the Russian Federation President Dmitriy Medvedev runs that the project should be realized at three levels: municipal, regional and federal. Thus, the most successful managers will be included into the so-called “presidential thousand”.
