Makhachkala, September 16, 2008. The Company «Airlines of Dagestan» is getting ready to take part in Sochi investment forum, which will take place in September, 18-22, the current year. One of the projects includes building of an airfield complex in Kulinski district. The project represents a complex for small and light aircraft and a high-mountainous tourist base "Berezovaya roscha (Birchwood)" for ten cottages with 100 persons’ general capacity. There will be located two helicopter platforms at height of 3400 and 3600 meters above sea level.

One more helicopter platform will be situated at height of 2500 m, in front of a mountain in high water bed of the Akulalu river.

Visitors of the tourist base will use airdrome service, and it will also serve as a place of aircrafts’ location of the Emergency Ministry, the Interior Ministry and the Federal Frontier Service. The cost of the project makes 300 million rubles. The pay back period of the given project will take 4-5 years after reaching rated capacity.
