Makhachkala, July 2nd. "Preparation for December elections is coming to the end", - a new head of the Central Election Committee of Russia Vladimir Churov has begun conversation with the President of Dagestan. In the meeting there have taken part a chairman of the Government of Dagestan Shamil Zaynalov, a head of the Republican Election Committee Magomed Khalitov and a member of the Central Election Committee Siyabshakh Shapiev. Both parties have discussed results of March elections of the current year, forthcoming presidential elections and the ones of the State Duma of Russia. All these questions will be discussed at a seminar of chairmen of election committees of the Southern Federal District, which is to take place in Makhachkala tomorrow. Since August, 14th there will begin a scaled ten-day training on information system GAS-elections. The head of the Central Election Committee has promised to finish preparation of all the system operators by August, 1 st and at the end of August to invite to Moscow all the chairmen of the elections commissions of subjects of federation to participate in a seminar-study. The president of Dagestan has expressed confidence, that the Central Election Committee would hold preparation for forthcoming elections at a high professional level. "At the seminar, I believe, we will have much to talk about", the President has said, - "therefore as the election campaign, which passed in Dagestan, was very complex, multilevel. It was hard to find an optimum model of elections. And only proportional election system helped to solve problems, which so sharply faced to Dagestan. M.Aliev has noted that the present atmosphere in Dagestan has allowed preparing and holding of up-to-date elections.
